There are some new additions to the menu this year! 

First up is the Tiffatizer Basket which includes chicken fingers, mozz sticks, french fries and onion rings, a compilation of Tiffany's favorites!  It is available in small and large sizes. Tiffany suggests you dip your fries in tartar sauce, or go the normal route and just use ketchup.

Tracy's signature sandwich has been added this year. It's called the Spacy Tracy! Ham, bacon, american cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, oil, salt & pepper, all on a grilled roll. When asked for comments, Tracy said, "It's out of this world!"

And don't forget Tim's favorite added 2 years ago, the TLC Burger, a cheeseburger with Thousand Island dressing, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce and onions. Tim used to ask for this every day until Virginia finally decided to add it to the menu for others to enjoy! Tim says, "It's the perfect messy item to brighten up your day!"

Calder's Clam Shack is opening Thursday May 20th at 11:30 am. There are menus available at the Chebeague Island Library and at the Shack. Hope to see you there. -Virginia
